Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, Darrin Wassom Photography guarantees your satisfaction. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your photographs. Please contact us by email (returns@darrinwassom.com) or phone (616.723.0322) for instructions on how to return your product.

What is your cancellation policy?
If Photographer is unable to perform to the guide lines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to a grave illness of photographer; and if the Photographer is unable to provide another photographer that is agreeable to the client, then all fees paid by the client will be returned in full, Darrin Wassom Photography shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If Darrin Wassom Photography is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for reasons outside the sole control of Darrin Wassom, he/she will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that negatives or digital images are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of the photographer, Darrin Wassom.

What is your shipping policy?
Darrin Wassom Photography will gladly ship anywhere in the United States. We are also happy to ship internationally with prior arrangement. Please contact us by email or phone for instructions on shipping internationally.

Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
